Processes and Procedures

Our clients sometimes wish to develop or optimise their own risk management capability. Occasions when this may be the case include multi-participant projects where each partner is familiar with their own particular process, or in an organisation which is seeking to tune their methods to deliver better results.

We use our knowledge of best-practice risk procedures to sympathetically review the application of current client processes. We then tailor or redefine these processes as required, and help to roll them out within the organisation or venture.

This final step is vital if the benefits of updated procedures are to be realised. We use a combination of training and mentoring to ensure our clients understand the methods and are able to use them in practice. Within a client organisation this may well entail the trainees undertaking a pilot risk assessment alongside our consultants, for them to see first-hand the application of their own process.
