Euro Log has many years of experience in the identification and management of risk in the IT and telecommunication industries, from the bidding phase to the hand-over phase of what can be very complicated and risk-fraught programmes. We have also been involved with the system and development projects for a number of telecom products.

Our experience in the IT and telecom sectors also includes involvement with the assessment and reduction of risk in proposals, as well as the development of project risk management processes and procedures for specific programmes. We have been responsible for the management of risk in worldwide ticketing and holiday management systems, for global invoicing and equipment procurement systems, and for specialised systems for the digital recording, storage and retrieval of criminal records.

Other specific programmes, within both the public and private sectors, include analyses of the risks surrounding the uninterrupted transfer of specialist computer systems. In particular, uninterrupted transfer of systems within the banking industry has been enhanced by the benefits of a fully-functional and effective process of risk assessment, planning and implementation.
